Payments
  • Payment must be received in full within 28 days of booking tickets/tables
  • If payment is not received within 28 days, your ticket and/or table booking/s will be cancelled
  • Credit card payments are accepted and attract a 2.5% merchant fee
  • Merchant services are provided by iVvy Holdings Pty Ltd who are based in Brisbane, Australia. 

Cancellations

In the event of cancellation of a registration, payments will not be refunded. Up to two (2) weeks before the event, name substitutions may occur. Please contact us with any name changes within this time period.


Your Contact Information

When you register for this event, we will ask for an email address and other contact information such as your business name. During the sign up process an email address for the main person attending must be entered. It's a required field in the sign up form. These details are used for a few specific purposes:

  • To notify the attendee to confirm registration

  • To send emails with venue and reminder details closer to the event date.
